Estimates and proposals
Estimates are free and valid for 30 days from issue. Pricing assumes conditions visible at the time of the walkthrough; concealed conditions discovered during construction are quoted as written change orders before work continues.
Contracts and scheduling
Work begins after a signed agreement and deposit. Schedules are estimates in good faith and may shift with weather, permitting authorities or material availability.
Warranty
Workmanship is warranted per your written agreement in addition to manufacturer product warranties. Warranty excludes damage from misuse, neglect, alterations by others or acts of nature.
Payment
Payments follow the milestone schedule in your contract. Final payment is due upon completion of the final walkthrough punch list.
